You want to get your wire straight from the source. Or rather the opposite, bent! Because these wire straighteners are really wire benders.

Wire Wizard® offers a complete range of wire straighteners designed to improve wire feed consistency and reduce cast and helix in MIG and SAW welding applications. Whether you're working with steel, aluminum, or heavy-duty submerged arc wire, our straighteners ensure optimal wire delivery.

Bending to straighten
By bending wire in the opposite direction to how it comes off the spool, it straightens it using three rollers. Using drums instead? No problem. Our straighteners bend the wire to specifically prevent wobble as it exits the torch by curving it out in one direction.

Wire Wizard straighteners have an aluminum body with insulated rollers and are made with location calibration and a scale on the tension knob for fine tuning.

Choose the right model for your application:

• Small Wire Straighteners – Ideal for wire sizes .035" to .062", including aluminum and non-ferrous wires.
• Medium Wire Straighteners – Designed for wire sizes .062" to 3/32" (1.6–2.4 mm), suitable for standard MIG setups.
• Large Wire Straighteners – Built for heavy-duty wire sizes 3/32" to 5/32" (2.4–4 mm), perfect for SAW applications.
