Conduits

The Wire Wizard program offers several conduit options for both aluminum and mild steel welding.

For Mild Steel applications:
Wire Wizard offers Extra Flexible or Extreme Flex low friction conduits with a patented elliptical wire liner inside for smooth and consistent wire feeding. These conduits are ideal for robotic, gantry, linear or other applications where a tighter radius is required.

For Aluminum applications:
Wire Wizard offers polymer conduits know throughout the industry for their durability and low friction coefficient. These conduits are available in two types to accommodate wire diameters ranging from 0.6mm to 4.8mm.
