Wire Wizard offers both Extra flexible and Extreme flexible conduits with hard metal spring of elliptical wire for mild steel.

The extra flexible conduit is made with hard metal spring of elliptical wire and offers the following advantages:
-less contact with welding wire surface
-minimum friction
-Smooth round edges in bends
-easy to feed in new wire

The double insulation jacket makes the right proportion in stiff and flexible. Next to that all extra flexible conduits features a spatter-resistant outer jacket.

Wire Wizard's Extreme Flex conduit is specially made for robotic welding applications where a high degree of mobility and flexibility is required. When using a regular stiff conduit can easily hook up with other parts. Or in case of a fast moving robot the conduit can hit against the walls of the cell causing damage to the feeder connectors.
The extreme Flex conduit features the same low friction elliptical wire spring liner as the Extra Flexible conduit, only with a single spatter-resistant outer jacket to provide more flexibility. The Extreme Flex conduit is specially made for those robotic applications in which the robot has to operate in a very tight welding cell. This conduit bends easy into the small spaces around the robot.
